The City of Anaheim’s Lincoln Boulevard widening project is on hold but the limited scope environmental review conducted for the project was approved in August 2020 leaving Visser’s Florist and the historic resources in the project area still at risk. Since then we’ve taken the time to research the building’s architect, Anaheim boy, Ulysses Bauer.
